Community Guidelines
Last updated: October 21, 2026
These Community Guidelines apply to the public and shared areas of IDEAWA, including user profiles, creator pages, collections, places, events, day plans, reviews, comments, communities, group planning, invitations, and direct messages where those features are enabled. They form part of the IDEAWA Terms of Use.
You must expressly accept the Terms and these Guidelines before creating or uploading public or shared content. The same content-safety rules apply to prompts and AI-generated content shared through IDEAWA.
1 Be respectful and truthful
Interact with others without threats, harassment, bullying, hate, targeted abuse, discriminatory attacks, intimidation, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact. Disagreements and good-faith criticism are allowed; campaigns of abuse are not.
2 Child safety and exploitation
IDEAWA strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming or sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, attempts to arrange exploitation, or exchanging information to facilitate these activities. Never share a child’s private contact details, school, precise location, or images in a manner that risks their safety.
We assess reports of such violations promptly, remove prohibited material where appropriate, preserve necessary evidence only as law permits, and make reports to appropriate authorities or designated child-protection bodies where required by applicable law.
3 Sexual content, violence, and privacy
Do not upload pornography, sexually explicit material, non-consensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, credible threats, depictions encouraging serious violence, or instructions facilitating serious harm. Do not expose private communications, addresses, identification documents, phone numbers or precise location without proper authorization.
The prohibition includes non-consensual sexual deepfakes and AI-generated child exploitation. Do not promote suicide or self-harm, violent extremism, dangerous medical misinformation, illegal transactions involving drugs or weapons, or illegal or inappropriate alcohol use by minors.
4 Authentic content and responsible recommendations
Publish only places, events, prices, photos, descriptions, reviews, and experiences you can reasonably substantiate. Do not fabricate reservations, availability, ratings, attendance, ticket offers, or affiliation. Clearly identify materially paid or incentivized endorsements when required by law. Creators must distinguish personal opinions from independently verified facts.
For workout, food, and wellness content, do not claim to diagnose or treat a medical condition, fabricate professional credentials, guarantee the absence of allergens, or encourage users to disregard a medical restriction. Content must respect age limits for venues, events, films, alcohol-related activities, and other restricted experiences.
5 Copyright, images, and ownership
Upload material you created or are authorized to use. Credit alone does not establish permission. Do not copy third-party photographs, posters, maps, music, written reviews, or images from external platforms without the appropriate license or other lawful basis.
6 Spam, fraud, commercial activity
No unsolicited mass messages, fake profiles, impersonation, phishing, counterfeit tickets, advance-fee scams, abusive referral links, fraudulent promotions, coordinated rating manipulation, or automated scraping. Commercial activity must comply with the Terms and be authorized where required.
7 Communities and meeting in person
Respect community rules, organizers and participant boundaries. Do not pressure users to meet, disclose their location, make purchases, or share private information. If you choose to attend an activity, verify essential details and follow applicable laws and venue safety instructions. Never imply IDEAWA has screened or guaranteed a person or event unless expressly confirmed.
8 How to report and block
Use the in-app Report option on the relevant content, AI response, profile or message to submit a concern without leaving the app. You can report both users and content. Use Block in public user-content experiences and direct user interactions to prevent further unwanted contact. Email support@ideawa.com is an additional channel for reports and appeals. Include a content link or identifier and a short explanation; do not attach unlawful child-abuse material.
If content appears unsuitable for your age or exceeds the app's age rating, select the age-inappropriate content reason in Report or explain the concern in the report. Content that requires a higher age is restricted to eligible users where permitted, or removed. Age restrictions do not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.
9 Our moderation approach
We use content-safety filtering and moderation appropriate to the feature, together with review of user reports. We assess seriousness and context, prioritize child exploitation and credible immediate threats, and take timely action on violations. Measures include restricting visibility, removing content, suspending features or accounts, and acting on repeated abuse. Automated checks may make mistakes; you can appeal a decision to support@ideawa.com. Not every submission is individually reviewed by a human before publication.
10 Emergency situations and contact
IDEAWA is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Child-exploitation reports and other serious safety concerns may be sent to support@ideawa.com. The service provider is IDEAWA GROUP, TOO, 49 mkr. Mamyr-4 Almaty - Kazakhstan (KZ).
