Creator Publishing Guidelines

These guidelines apply to people and organizations who publish their own collections, places, events, day plans, photographs, reviews, and other authored content on IDEAWA. They supplement the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. They do not create any entitlement to compensation.
Before creating or uploading creator content, you must expressly accept the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Creator content is subject to the same reporting, blocking, filtering, and moderation rules as other user-generated content.
1 Ownership and permissions
By publishing copyrighted content on IDEAWA, including text, photographs, images, descriptions of places and events, collections, routes, plans, and other original materials, the user agrees to the gratuitous transfer to IDEAWA GROUP, TOO of the exclusive proprietary copyrights to such content in full, worldwide, and for the entire term of the relevant copyright.
The transferred rights include the right, within the statutory term of protection, to use, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publicly display, publish, and commercially exploit the materials in perpetuity, as well as the right to transfer these rights to third parties without additional authorization or compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The author's moral rights are retained in cases provided by law.
The user guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the published materials and that their posting does not infringe the rights of third parties. Downloading materials from Google Maps, social networks, booking services, and other sources without appropriate permission or legal basis is prohibited.
2 Accuracy and editorial responsibility
Clearly distinguish personal recommendations from independently verified facts. Check dates, addresses, operating hours, ticket requirements, prices, accessibility information and restrictions before publishing; update or remove stale items when informed. Avoid deceptive testimonials, fake reviews and invented personal experiences.
Label age restrictions and mature themes accurately. Do not mislabel a bar, film, event, or activity to evade an age filter. Users can report age-inappropriate creator content through Report; content exceeding an applicable age limit may be restricted or removed.
3 Advertising and sponsored content
If an author receives payment, free tickets, gifts, affiliate rewards or other material consideration that could affect an endorsement, disclose it clearly within the content to the extent required by applicable consumer protection law. Do not imply IDEAWA endorses a creator or sponsor absent explicit authorization.
4 Community safety and protected information
Do not publish identifying information about children, private addresses or location details, confidential conversations, non-consensual images, unsafe activity instructions, or content that violates our Community Guidelines. Authors who organize meetups remain responsible for their own representations and applicable permits, safety arrangements and participant communications.
For workout, food, and wellness content, avoid medical treatment claims, dangerous instructions, fabricated qualifications, or guarantees about allergy safety. IDEAWA is not a medical device or a substitute for medical advice. Do not encourage alcohol use by minors, bypassing venue age checks, or unsafe encounters.
5 Free content, paid digital features and earnings
IDEAWA provides users with a platform for finding recommendations, publishing original content, creating collections, planning leisure activities, and communicating and interacting with other users.
Publishing content, posting recommendations, and providing links to third-party resources does not constitute an offer by IDEAWA to sell goods, services, or digital content.
IDEAWA does not act as a seller, buyer, intermediary, or party to any contractual relationship between users and third parties arising outside the app, unless otherwise expressly provided in a separate agreement.
Any transactions, purchases, reservations, payments, and other commercial relationships conducted outside of IDEAWA arise directly between the respective participants.
IDEAWA does not organize or control such transactions, does not guarantee the quality, availability, price, or performance of third parties, and is not responsible for their actions, payments, refunds, or disputes arising between participants, except where such liability is required by applicable law.
Users and authors are solely responsible for their commercial proposals, agreements, and obligations to third parties.
Participation by authors in IDEAWA's official affiliate, referral, and other reward programs is governed by separate agreements and does not constitute IDEAWA as a party to transactions between users and external providers of goods or services.
These terms do not limit IDEAWA's liability for its own paid services, subscriptions, or other obligations directly assumed by the company to users.
6 Editing, moderation, and deletion
Creators may correct or remove content using available features. IDEAWA may remove content that infringes rights, endangers users or violates applicable rules. When an author deletes an IDEAWA account, the author’s posted text, photos, reviews and creator collections under IDEAWA’s control are also subject to deletion, except where legal retention obligations apply. Followers and other users may retain copies they made independently outside IDEAWA.
